Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of RevailLab (the “App”) published by MsquareTravel (“we”, “our”). By installing or using the App you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the App.

1. What the App does

RevailLab helps you check whether a song is AI-generated. It does this in two ways:

• Platform identification — when you paste a link from an AI-only platform (Suno, Udio, ElevenLabs, AIVA, Soundraw, Mubert, Boomy, Loudly, Beatoven), we return an instant “AI” verdict based on the URL alone.
• Audio analysis — when you paste an Apple Music link or record with the microphone, we pass the audio through our detection pipeline and return a confidence score.

2. Accuracy & limitations

AI-music detection is an open research problem. Platform identification is essentially 100% accurate (we know those sites only host AI music). Audio analysis is an experimental “best guess” — the score is a signal, not a verdict. We surface this clearly inside the App.

The App is provided for informational purposes only. Do not rely on RevailLab as the sole basis for legal, commercial, or editorial decisions about a track’s authorship. We are not liable for decisions you take based on RevailLab’s output.

3. Your responsibilities

• You may only submit audio you have the legal right to submit. Do not upload material you don’t own or haven’t licensed.
• Don’t use the App to harass, defame, or mislead other people.
• Don’t attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise probe the backend service in a way that violates applicable law or our published interfaces.
• Don’t exceed the documented rate limits or try to defeat the freemium quota.

4. Ads & freemium

The App is free and ad-supported. The free tier includes 5 scans per day; after that we show a short interstitial ad before each result. You can watch an optional rewarded ad to support our development — this is always voluntary and never gates a feature.

Ads are served by Google AdMob. Ad personalization and measurement only run with your explicit consent via App Tracking Transparency (iOS) and Google UMP (EU/UK). See the privacy policy for details.

5. Intellectual property

The RevailLab name, logo, and app design are owned by MsquareTravel. The code we distribute through the app stores is licensed to you, not sold, and only for personal use within the App.

You retain all rights in the audio you submit. We claim no ownership over the content you scan.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its detection output will be accurate for any particular audio.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MsquareTravel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which, for the free app, is zero.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

8. Termination

You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence give you the right to a different forum.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be surfaced in the App and the “Last updated” date at the top will change. Your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
